Keynote speaker El Paso County Board of County Commissioners President Darryl Glenn will take a look back at his eight years in office, highlighting county accomplishments and challenges that have helped make El Paso County government a stronger, more resilient leader in the Pikes Peak region. Glenn will focus on innovative endeavors, completed and ongoing infrastructure projects, disaster recovery, the county’s rebound from the Great Recession, and initiatives on the horizon for 2019 and beyond.
