Ribbon Cutting for EDCare's new location and program launch!
EDCare is one of the nation’s foremost centers for the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders. Originally founded in 2001 in the heart of Denver, they offer patients, their families, healthcare professionals and the community over 18 years of eating disorder experience. Their multidisciplinary team of board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, clinicians, family and experiential therapists, and registered dietitians work together to ensure all patients receive individualized care for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and other related disorders. EDCare uses an evidence-based treatment model to empower patients, while giving them the tools they need to maintain long-term recovery.
Today we celebrate a new milestone for EDCare as they not only open a new location, but their first eating disorder treatment program designed specifically for teenagers. EDCare's Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is an inclusive center of hope and healing for teenagers, ages 14-17.
