2019 Ribbon Cutting for Rocky Mountain Food Tours

Rocky Mountain Food Tours originally launched in 2010 as Colorado Springs Food Tours by a mother-daughter duo, Karen Kelley and Samantha Wood. Their vision was to bring a new business concept to Southern Colorado while also providing a very unique culinary experience to locals and visitors alike. Between the two of them, they’ve taken food tours around the world in cities including: San Diego, Seattle, Charleston, Chicago, Denver, New Orleans, Miami, Paris, Barcelona, Dublin, The Netherlands, and Puerto Vallarta.

The daughter, Samantha Wood, became sole owner in the fall of 2015 and at that time changed the name and introduced the new brand (which, thanks to the genius of our graphic artist, won Gold for Overall Campaign by the American Advertising Federation of Colorado Springs in 2016!).

Since our founding, we’ve hosted thousands of guests and look forward to many more! We are grateful to have received many outstanding reviews over the years. Our continued goal is to provide the best customer service, food, and history storytelling to everyone we have the pleasure of serving.
