BRIGADIER GENERAL WILLIAM J. LIQUORI JR.
Brig. Gen. William J. Liquori Jr. is Director of Strategic Requirements, Architectures and Analysis, Headquarters Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He is responsible for developing strategy, doctrine and policy for the command’s space operations, defining the future of space systems through requirements definition, mission area architectures, analysis, science and technology development and insertion in support of the joint warfighter, Department of Defense, civil and national users. He also manages the command’s international relations and foreign disclosure programs. Mission areas include missile warning and defense, military satellite communications, positioning navigation and timing, space control, and space protection.
