Join the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC for its annual trip to Washington, D.C. This year's Fly-in will be September 17-20.
Every year business leaders from the Pikes Peak region go to Washington, D.C. to advocate and meet with policy makers on federal issues that directly impact employers. It is the largest Fly-In of business leaders from Southern Colorado to Washington, D.C.
This year's trip will be comprised of meetings with Congressional members, think tanks, national trade organizations, and policy groups. We will also be hosting several receptions during the trip to further build relationships with Congressional leadership and to strengthen existing connections.

This event is attended by 60-80 business and community leaders.
Please note that your registration does not include your flight reservation or hotel accommodations, however we have secured a discounted rate at the Madison Hotel.
Upon registering for this years DC Fly-In please make sure to check your email (check spam folder as well), you will receive a confirmation email with further details about hotel booking, and important dates and times to help you schedule appropriate flights.

CSCEDC Cancellation Policy
Due to event deposits and planning, cancelations must be made within 30 days of registration in order to be refunded. We will allow substitutions, but you will be responsible to communicate with the hotel to ensure they can accommodate. Registrations made after August 14th, can not be cancelled or refunded.
