Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program enables owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation eligible improvements.
Our panel will discuss several different programs and tactics available to businesses to finance energy efficient improvements and take advantage of cost savings when accessing necessary business operations like utilities, HVAC, and more!

PANELIST BIOS
Sean Ribble - Sean has more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and commercial banking space. Prior to Nuveen Green Capital, he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with ANB Bank, a mid-sized community bank based out of Cherry Creek, CO. He specialized in commercial real estate, C&I, state housing tax credit finance, and most recently, CPACE. Since 2017, he focused his efforts on building awareness of the CPACE/energy efficiency initiative through various Colorado Real Estate Journal panels and Mayor Hancock’s sustainability conference. Sean began his banking career through FirstBank’s management training program, transitioning to ANB Bank after five years. He received his graduate degree from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking and his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
Tracy Phillips is the Director of the Colorado C-PACE Program, and is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, and holds a Master’s Degree in Physics. His 25 years of experience with commercial building efficiency includes energy audits, recommissioning, measurement and verification, master planning, sustainable design assistance, and third-party technical reviews. He is currently serving as the Chair of the IPMVP Committee and is a member of Colorado’s Building Performance Standards Task Force, the Grid Services M&V Working Group and is the former Technical Director of GBCI's Investor Confidence Project.
