Julie brings over three decades of accounting, consulting and administration experience to SKR+CO’s Client Advisory Team. She has experience working with a vast range of industries including medical + dental practices, small businesses and real estate entities.
Julie collaborates with clients at the Controller/CFO level to identify areas of improvement and build effective business plans to fulfill each client’s individual needs. Her areas of expertise include financial oversight and analysis, strategic planning, driving bottom-line improvements by integrating strategic and operational excellence and more.
Julie is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). She enjoys biking, motorcycling and hiking with her husband and dogs.
Wanda has more than 25 years of accounting and tax consulting experience and is a director in FORVIS’ Colorado accounting outsourcing services and tax department.
She leads a team of individuals who consult with organizations regarding a variety of issues, including compilations, reviews, software selection and implementation, bookkeeping assistance, personnel training, bank reconciliations, and payroll and sales tax. She also facilitates clients’ tax filings and serves as a liaison to individuals, businesses, and trusts in the healthcare, nonprofit, construction, manufacturing, and other commercial industries.
Wanda conducts internal training seminars, oversees the team’s interaction with clients, and facilitates regular communication between the accounting outsourcing staff and other FORVIS professional services providers. She also assists FORVIS’ Forensics & Valuation practice unit with fraud investigations and prevention recommendations in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining FORVIS, she served as chief financial officer for a manufacturing company and as controller for a construction company.
Wanda is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, COCPA, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Inc. and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She also serves on the Pikes Peak Community College Accounting Advisory Committee.
She is a 1999 graduate of University of Phoenix, Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a B.S. degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis.
Jacob is originally from Normal, Illinois and Graduated from Benedictine College in 2016 with a degree in Accounting. He is a tax manager at Erickson, Brown, and Kloster and has been practicing in public accounting for 7 years with experience in both Audit and Tax.
Max is a Colorado Springs native who graduated from Colorado State University in 2017 and has been working with small and mid-sized businesses at Erickson Brown & Kloster for the last 5 years in tax and consulting.
