Chamber Connect is a lunch and learn program hosted by our Small Business Advisory Council. Each Chamber Connect program is developed by one of our SBAC working groups, featuring Chamber & EDC members offering small business guidance and advice.

Industry experts and small businesses will share their experiences on job announcements, how to write and advertise them; resumes and interviews, how to address unconscious bias and what criteria to use to select qualified candidates; and retention, what are job seekers looking for and creative ways to offer benefits and company culture to achieve employee engagement and encourage loyalty.
