About the Panelists:

Shane Sherman is a business development leader with the Center for Creative Leadership and an Adjunct Faculty at UCCS. As faculty, Shane teaches Leadership, Organization Development and Change Management in the MBA, Undergraduate Business School, and Executive Education programs. Shane spent 7 years in senior leadership roles for publicly traded firms Danaher and Suez and was the Co-founder and CEO of Mission Essential, a leadership development and team building firm partnering with Professional & Collegiate Athletics. Additionally, he spent time as an independent consultant for the government, building content and training to Special Forces units preparing for deployment around the world. Shane started his career in the U.S. Army serving 7 years, most of which as an Army Green Beret. He conducted multiple deployments, spanning two years in combat where he led fellow Green Berets and Allied-Army soldiers. Shane earned his B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
Janet Huffor is the Chief of Staff for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, the Board President-Elect for Leadership Pikes Peak, and the Board Member at Large for the Pikes Peak Region Peace Officer's Memorial. She has held other positions within law enforcement, including Deputy Sheriff, Detentions Training Officer, and Background Investigator. Janet has also operated her own successful business since 2008. She spends countless hours advocating for law enforcement and CSOC (County Sheriff's of Colorado) in the State Legislature. She has also dedicated her time to developing safety and security programs used today in many local churches and schools. Janet is a graduate of the University of Colorado, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BSBA), majoring in Organizational Management.
Chris Cipoletti is the principal consultant for Cipoletti Consulting and he currently serves as Vice Chair of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute and as the President of Pikes Peak Public Market. Cipoletti Consulting provides strategic and business planning, organizational development, leadership and management training, executive coaching and resource development. Chris has also served as Executive Director of a national nonprofit organization, an adjunct faculty member for Regis University in its Global Leadership Program, and a private practice attorney. With his background, Chris brings a unique perspective to his practice, combining legal skills with his leadership and planning skills to benefit the organizations with which he works. Chris completed his undergraduate degree with a B.A. in the General Program of Liberal Studies at the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School.
Bob Kittridge is the founder of Focus Point Solution located here in Colorado Springs. He is an internationally recognized mentor, speaker, trainer and coach in the areas of leadership, personal and team development. He has the passion, unique insight and understanding of how people react in their lives and what motivates and inspires them. With Focus Point Solution, he works with individuals and organizations to focus behavior towards the successful outcome. Bob holds certifications as a Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA), Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA) and Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst (CPEQA), Certified Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst, and Certified Applied Axiologist, utilizing the Target Talent Insight System.
