The Chamber & EDC's trip to Washington, DC is an opportunity to meet with by key officials and Colorado's Congressional delegation to build important relationships and showcase our region.
Cost: The participation fee for members is $950 per person ($1150 for non-members) for the trip not including flight transportation and hotel accommodations. Cost includes registration fee, most meals, reception, program and ground transportation. Registration closes August 18 and cancellations received after August 18 are non-refundable due to the hotel contract.
Air Travel: Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. Please plan to be in Washington, DC by Monday, September 11 at 5 p.m., unless you plan doing the optional meeting, which starts at 8 a.m.
Hotel: Participants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations. The Chamber & EDC has reserved a block of rooms:
