Topic: Backflow Prevention: New state regulations, new utilities backflow team, and what this means for the commercial customers of Colorado Springs Utilities.
Bio: Jessica Davis is a Colorado Springs native and has worked for Colorado Springs Utilities for 10 years. She serves as a Project Manager for the water division whose duties include managing the Backflow Prevention Program. Prior to her current role, Ms. Davis held other positions with Colorado Springs Utilities, most recently the Program Administrator for the Southern Delivery System. She has a Project Management Professional Certification and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western State College, Gunnison, CO. She is currently pursuing her MBA in management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
