Biography:
 Stacey Burns is thrilled to be a Native of Colorado. She has been a strong advocate for Social Impact Businesses, veterans’ transition programs, as well as healing through the arts.  She started the Spotlight on Hope event to increase behavioral health awareness and was one of the creators of the Military Creative Expressions program in conjunction with the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center. Stacey’s absolute favorite part of any opportunity is to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and to help people find their potential. 
Stacey is currently the Vice President of Business Innovation at Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and the Colorado Institute for Social Impact (CI4SI). Stacey is working to increase the understanding and measurement of Social Return on Investment (SROI) through CI4SI, a process she has been developing since 2009. Stacey was chosen in 2015 to become a Beanstalk Foundation Leader and is Chair of the El Paso County Community Services Block Grant Advisory Board. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from CU-Boulder and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from CU-Denver Health Sciences. Stacey loves reading, movies, water skiing, and most of all spending time with her daughter.   
 

Chamber Connect meets from 11:30 to 1:00 pm. Lunch and open networking from 11:30 - 12:00; speaker presentations begin at noon.

Purpose of Chamber Connects: To connect the community and business advocates together twice a month to share information, educate and network. 

Requirements:  No requirement for members.  A $5.00 charge for non-members at the door.  Cost covers the presentation.  We suggest that you support the venue with the purchase of a drink and/or lunch.  Everyone is welcome!

Commitment:  No attendance requirements, no
lead requirements. Simply be there when you can and bring others to share the
wealth of the network.
