About Dan May Dan is the elected District Attorney for the 4th Judicial District serving El Paso and Teller Counties. The largest metropolitan area is Colorado Springs which has one of the lowest violent crimes rates of a city its size or larger. Dan is currently serving his third term as he was unopposed in 2012 and 2016. Dan is a past president of the Colorado District Attorney’s Council. The Fourth Judicial District handles the highest felony case load in the State of Colorado with Dan overseeing an office of 80 attorneys.
About Mark Waller Mark Waller is El Paso County’s District 2 Commissioner and Board of County Commissioners President Pro-Tem. He is an Attorney in Colorado Springs, and served in the Colorado General Assembly from 2009 to 2014 as the Representative from House District 15. Mark served as the House Minority Leader for the 2013 legislative session and the Assistant House Majority Leader for the 2011 and 2012 legislative sessions. He has also served on the Committee on Judiciary, State Veterans and Military Affairs Committee, Committee on Local Government, Executive Committee, Legislative Council, and the Committee on Legal Services.
