Event Description:
Topic: Kathleen Zemaitis, Owner of Zinclusion, will be speaking to us about how to listen and communicate with others within this diversity, equity, and inclusion space. She will also talk give us some tips about having conversations within the broader community about the importance of this work.
The mission of this committee is to build a strong and inclusive business climate by providing education and actionable solutions for employers. Once a month, this committee convenes to come up with ways to educate the community on diversity and inclusion in a setting that encourages participation from every member.
To participate in this committee, your organization must have membership in good standing with the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC. We welcome any employee of a Chamber & EDC member organization may join at any time. There is no application process. Please email Emma Mitchell for more information or to participate.
