Prior to forming Complete Basement Systems, Founder Rod Martin enjoyed a successful sales career where he honed his ability to make customers happy. In 1999, Rod and his partners formed a corporation installing drainage systems and foundation repair services. Our company is locally operated, with Rod’s family – including his daughter Angella and son Jason – working in various departments. Our staff consists of office personnel, installers, field representatives, foremen, and managers that are highly qualified and consummate professionals in their areas of expertise. Plus, we’re experts in crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair. Just tell us what problems your home is experiencing and we will send an expert to assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution. We are committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction on each and every job. We have offices located in Colorado Springs and Denver. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, and we are now open for business from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays (mountain time).

COVID-19 Protocol
We have made much progress in recent months, so let’s keep working together to recover. In accordance with public health guidelines, the following ribbon cutting guidelines are effective per the state’s executive order until further notice:
- Fully vaccinated people can go without masks in public indoor spaces unless the setting requires otherwise.
- Unvaccinated people over age 11 are encouraged to continue wearing masks in all public indoor spaces where members of different households are present.
- Masks are still required in certain settings. Local communities and businesses may have additional mask restrictions.
