Leadership Pikes Peak is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1976 under the name Citizens’ Goals for the Colorado Springs Community. We’ve been one of the premier community leadership development organizations for 40 years. Our mission is to build a thriving community through leadership and service: Engage. Enrich. Empower. Connect.
Leadership Pikes Peak’s objective is civic leadership for the Pikes Peak region. We provide community leadership programs for experienced professionals, young professionals, women, and teens. The programs range from four to ten months and are geared toward providing skills, knowledge, and connections so that their participants can serve in the community effectively. These programs have more than 2,600 graduates who, as community trustees, work to make the Pikes Peak region a wonderful place to live, work, and play
