With a previous firm, he master planned and designed significant facilities for the Department of Defense locally, around the county, and internationally. After several years of award-winning K–12 education master planning and design with RTA, he successfully shifted his project focus to civic and higher education work, including the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center at UCCS, The Learning Center at St. Mary Corwin for Pueblo Community College, new restrooms in the iconic Garden of the God Park, the new Pikes Peak Summit Complex, and the Space Foundation’s Discovery Center expansion. He also leads the firm’s business development and strategic planning efforts.

Stuart is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and served the AIA in board positions continuously from 2004 through 2017, culminating in five years on the national board, the last two as Treasurer. Locally he serves as chair of the Boards of Directors of Atlas Preparatory School and the Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership. He helped craft Colorado Springs’ initial Downtown Form-Based Code and in 2014 was appointed by City Council to the Downtown Review Board, which he led for three years before terming off this past summer.

Katy Corrigan Senior Project Manager, JE Dunn
Katy Corrigan joined the JE Dunn team in 2018 and manages business development along the front range.  After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University, she moved west to Arizona and California building healthcare and higher education facilities in an operations role for over a decade. She is on the board of Easter Seals of Colorado, Women in Healthcare, International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL), Women Building Change, and UC Denver’s Construction Engineering Program.  Currently, Katy is focused on creating new business in Colorado with a focus on healthcare, science & tech and federal projects.
