Richard A Gagne: Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center - Senior Peer Navigator (Veteran Integration Program)
Richard is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 21 years of service. Originally from Portsmouth, New Hampshire he grew up in Aurora, Colo. He joined the Army as a Track Vehicle Repairer, eventually retiring out of Fort Carson. He enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Care and Share Food Bank, Toys for Tots, and ESGR. Richard is married and has two daughters and is a proud grandfather. He enjoys helping and giving back to Veterans and their families.
Kevin Kokinda, CPRW, CEIP: Resumedics Career Strategies & Solutions - Owner
Kevin is owner of Resumedics Career Strategies & Solutions, host of ‘The Career Maverick’ podcast on KRDO.com, and featured host of ‘Clarity thru the Chaos’ on KRDO FM 105.5. Sarah Silva: T-Mobile – Talent Scout
Sarah Silva has been a Talent Scout for T-Mobile for almost 3 years supporting the Colorado Springs Customer Experience Center. She has over 20 years of HR experience with 13 of those years specifically in recruiting. She has hired candidates with a wide variety of skills, including mechanics traveling to the Middle East, Accountants, Engineers and currently Customer Service experts at T-Mobile.
Dr. Meghan Stidd: University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) College of Business - Assistant Dean for External Relations
Meghan oversees career services, alumni relations, executive education, and marketing initiatives. Meghan is the main point of contact for any individuals or organizations wanting to engage with the College. Meghan has nearly 20 years of experience in career services. In her former role, Meghan served as the Program Director for the College of Business Career Development Center where she managed the College of Business Internship Program and assisted organizations interested in recruiting students for internships and full-time positions. Prior to her positions with the College of Business, Meghan served as a program director, associate regional director, and regional director of the Mountain Pacific Troops to Teachers program, spanning over 14 years. In her last position as regional director, Meghan led a twelve state region devoted to assisting military veterans during their transition to civilian careers as public school teachers.
