 Justin Flynn - Talent Management - Formstack

Justin has had the honor to bring in the best and brightest talent to the Formstack team for over three years! He has spent the last 7 years in the recruiting, training and development, and workforce planning space mostly in the remote hiring world. Stanley Gbandawa - Senior Implementation Manager - T. Rowe Price

Stanley is a Senior Implementation Manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services (RPS) in the Colorado Springs office. Stanley joined T. Rowe Price in November 2002 as an operations representative in the RPS Transactions Group. Prior to assuming his current role, he was a general consultant on the conversion team, a manager in RPS Client Administration, a supervisor in the Asset Transfer Group, and a retirement plan coordinator specialist. In October 2007, Stanley transitioned to Colorado Springs as a supervisor in our Retail Account Management department.  During his spare time Stanley spends time serving as Vice Chair on the Boards at the Pikes Peak Boys & Girls Club and East Lake High School, an alternative school with postsecondary options and mentoring youth as a ‘Big’ with Big Brother Big Sister. Stanley earned a B.S. in information systems from Morgan State University and an M.B.A. in management from Strayer University.

Chelsea Jensen - Human Resources Consultant - Employers Council

Chelsea has been a Human Resource Consultant at Employers Council since 2014.  She works with a variety of employers and conducts training on topics such as policy development, business essentials, as well as employee engagement and retention. Prior to her work at Employers Council, Chelsea was a Benefits Specialist at a large bank in Buffalo, NY. She received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Niagara University located near Niagara Falls, NY. Chelsea is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Karen King - Staffing Manager - ADD STAFF

Karen is a senior staffing manager who works with ADD STAFF to assist local Colorado Springs businesses to hire great talent. She knows how to strike the right balance between finding someone fast and finding someone great for your business. Karen has worked with ADD STAFF for 6 years, and she has over 15 years of recruiting and HR experience. She is an ambassador with the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, as well as a Certified Staffing Professional.


Shelley Wyatt - Senior People Solutions Specialist - FINRA

Shelley joined Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in late 2018. When joining the Talent Acquisition organization, she began supporting the Member Supervision division. Through its examination and surveillance programs, Member Supervision oversees more than 3,900 brokerage firms, more than 160,000 branch offices and nearly 641,000 registered representatives. Member Supervision is often the first line of defense for investors, working in 14 District Offices across the Northeast, South, Midwest and West Regions.  Over the last year, Shelley has provided recruitment support for several corporate and operation functions across FINRA(s) business units. In she has lead recruitment process for HR programs.  Prior to joining FINRA, Shelley worked for Exelon, and served as the Lead Recruiter of Talent Acquisition for the operating company, Constellation. Over her fifteen year Human Resources career, she has served in many functions which include Benefit Administration and Employee Relations.
